University of Delaware Women's Rowing seeks a passionate person to volunteer (unpaid) as an assistant coach. Responsibilities include coaching both varsity and novice rowers.
Coaching experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for rowing experience, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and reliability.
Our boathouse is located in Wilmington, Delaware on the Christina River, a 35 minute drive from Philadelphia. We practice in the afternoon and then transition to morning practices in mid-March. Attending races is highly encouraged but not expected.

East Bay Rowing Club (EBRC) is seeking an energetic assistant coach for its Women’s Masters
program.
Under the direction of the Head Coach, the assistant coach will be responsible for the development of the women’s novice masters team. Activities include, but are not limited to:
Safety, providing development, training and preparation to primarily to novice rowers and coxswains; motivating and encouraging team members; assisting with coordination of race logistics; recording and evaluating individual rowers and providing progress reports to the head coach; assisting with recruiting new members which may include teaching Learn to Row, other activities on an as needed basis determined by the head coach.
Qualified candidates must have rowed or coxed for multiple years preferably with some collegiate rowing experience as well some coaching experience. Candidates must have CPR/First Aid certification and have their own health insurance. Candidates should be willing to obtain a US Rowing coaching certification and/or boating safety certification if they do not already have one. Must be available for morning practices and additional hours for regattas.
Founded in 2007 as the Jack London Aquatic Center (JLAC) Masters, the team changed its name to EBRC in early 2011. EBRC continues to practice out of the JLAC facility in Oakland, CA with a squad of approximately 60 women and men and would like to continue to grow its membership.

University of Maryland Women's Crew Coach
Maryland Women's Crew Team is looking for an assistant coach. Our team consists of novice and experienced rowers. We would like someone who is interested in teaching novice and helping our experienced rowers progress. Our team competes in both the fall and spring season all over the Mid-Atlantic region.
