The University of Maryland Women's Crew is in need of a new head coach. Our novice coach has been pulling double duty this season, but is really too busy to handle both the novice and varsity squads. We are a club program, of the University of Maryland. Our boathouse is just minutes from DC, in Bladensburg. Because of University regulations, the position is unpaid (volunteer). However, coaches travel to regattas and stay for free, and have use of the club's single or double.
