A joint project between Mo Trailer, builder's of the best shell trailer's, and Vespoli has resulted in an motorized boat lift system that will take the hassle (and danger!) out of loading your trailer.
No more climbing up on the trailer frames and hanging out from the side of the trailer to lift boats up to the top rack. Simply place the boat on the lowered racks, press a button and the boats are raised up to the top rack, and every rack in between. No more dropped boats, no more injuries. Load quickly and safety. Use the 'Easy Lift', (US patent applied).
The 'Easy Lift' Shell Loading System is an option that is available on new 39'(Longhaul) & 41'(Special) trailers and costs only $2850. A retro fit kit is also available for existing Vespoli trailers in these sizes for $3000 (either installed by MO in Goshen, Indiana or crated for shipment).
Another desirable option is the use of galvanized steel. The galvanizing process eliminates the need for paint and protects against corrosion ensuring a longer trailer life. Galvanizing is a hot dip process done after the fabrication of all parts is complete. No welding is done after galvanizing. All parts are dipped in an acid bath for cleaning and then into tanks containing 800-degree molten zinc. All surfaces are galvanize coated inside and out. Most scratches that would otherwise go through painted surfaces will not mare the galvanized finish. If a scratch is severe enough to go through the galvanized finish and is less than 3/16th wide, the galvanized finish will 'heal itself' by filling in the gap and will NOT rust. You can purchase any of our trailers with this durable, long lasting finish. Galvanizing prices are $750 for the Transporter, $900 for the Longhaul and $1080 for the Special.
Brighter, more visible, and safer LED lights are new standard feature on all Vespoli trailers - at no additional charge.
