How do I fix garbled emails from the Vespoli.com store?
This usually occurs because Vespoli.com subscribers and buyers have HTML viewing blocked or disabled in their email client (Outlook, AOL etc). By default, Vespoli.com sends information and notification out in html format.
People who have trouble with this, (or any other email from the store) can login to the store and change their account preferences to fix the issue for themselves, here's how you can change it:
Login to your store account
Select 'My account' at the top
Select 'Edit Account' and change 'E-mail format preference' to 'Text-only'
That's it... emails will be in plain text whenever you place an order, ask for a password to be resent, receive confirmation etc...
