• WILL PORTER, Yale University
  In 2007 and 2008, Porter guided Yale ’s varsity eight to consecutive Division 1 NCAA titles. Porter was the 2007 College Rowing Coaches Association National Coach of the Year, has built Yale into one of the most successful women’s crew programs in the nation. The Bulldogs have earned a berth in the NCAA Championships in each of the last eight years with four top-five finishes (2002 - 5th, 2004 - 2nd, 2007 - 4th, 2008 - 4th).
  
  
• CHRIS CLARK, University of Wisconsin
  Clark coached Wisconsin varsity heavyweight ment to 2008 IRA Championship and Eastern Sprints Championships. The 2002 Rowing News College Coach of the Year, he guided Wisconsin in winning the IRA ’s Ten Eyck Trophy in 1997, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002, indicating their dominance in the national scene.
  
  
• TODD KENNETT, Cornell University
  Todd ’s varsity lightweight eight won its third consecutive IRA national title and reached the Royal Henley Regatta Final of the Temple Challenge cup two straight years. Todd has recently been promoted to Director of Rowing at Cornell and will now coach the heavyweight men’s program.
  
  
• STEVE HARGIS, US Junior Women's Team / US Coast Guard Academy
  This year, Hargis guided the U.S. Junior Women ’s 8+ crew to its first ever gold medal at the World Championships in Linz, Austria. Steve has been honored by his colleagues by being selected the NEWMAC Coach of the Year in 2003 and 2007, as well as Division 3 National Coach of the Year in 2003. Steve is also the director of rowing at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.
